We welcome single students who don't have a partner to learn with! We run social dance events and practice events every month We advertise all socials dance events around and actively encourage our students to attend whenever possible Our students can 'Class Hop' if they can't make their regular class
Surrey Jive - Epsom
Nicola & Paul are the owners of Surrey Jive and they have a wealth of dance experience, having danced, since they were teenagers. Paul originally learnt Rock n' Roll jive, and competed at national level. Together, they won both the War & Peace Show, and Jivemania dance competitions, before opening their own dance school, in 2008. In that period, Nicola & Paul have taught thousands of people to dance the Lindy Hop and Jitterbug (the original jive of the 1930's - 1950's), using tried and tested methods, which validate why people attend their classes, from all over the South-East. Their teaching methods have seen several students feel confident enough to open their own dance schools, whilst others have gone on to reach national jive finals.
